Roxanne De Wilde is the Safety Officer for YMCA SA and our latest member on the AIHS SA Branch Committee. She leads incident investigations and oversees the risk management framework for both recreational and children’s services sites across both metro and regional SA.
With an interest in the people, Roxanne prioritises user-oriented solutions and promotes system education. Bringing a fresh perspective through a needs-based approach. She is passionate about exploring policy insights and endorsing professional development for AIHS members.
Enthusiastic about networking sessions, Roxanne aims to bring positive energy to the AIHS Committee, fostering a collaborative environment where fresh ideas thrive and practical improvements in workplace health and safety are achieved.
